[Dieci minuti in più: in basso la versione in italiano]
[ENG] One of the unwritten rules of Street Photography suggests to walk 10 more minutes. I mean: when you have finished your shooting and you are about to go back home, when you are about to put the camera in your bag, well, walk and take photos for 10 more minutes. Sometimes you will be able to find a little treasure that you wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. For example, last week I went out to take some pictures for my Raindrop Blues series. After a two-hour shoot under the rain, I decided to take the subway and go home. Here, instead of taking the train and leaving, I thought I’d walk 10 more minutes to photograph a little more and walk to the next subway station. The best image of my shooting was taken in those 10 more minutes of work. It’s not a “rule” that can always work, of course, but every once in a while striving to add a little more time to what you have already did can give great results.
