Forrest Walker, A New Master of Street Photography

[ENG] Today I was checking one of my favorite websites about photography and I found Forrest Walker’s photos. It’s been love at the very first sight. It’s a new kind of Street Photography, in Forrest’s works I can see a sort of evolution of “decisive moment”. I can feel the magic, I can breath the smell of the streets, I can really enjoy the emotions of the shots. To me, Forrest Walker is a new master of Street Photography. Now he’s working on a 5 year project, travelling the world to show us, with his eyes, the 100 most important cities.

  1. The sixth one from the top; the one with the greek woman in a mini-skirt, talking on a phone while wearing what appears to to be a hijab … is she really carrying a sword? And why? I am fascinated by her presence in front of the line of police.
